Pure Dance introduces Fitsteps to its program.

This is an energetic, upbeat Fitness class featuring all of your favourite Strictly dances. It is designed to give real measureable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.
You will have so much fun, you will not even realise you are getting fit!.

We are expanding to offer Fitsteps, a Ballroom & Latin inspired fitness class incorporating all your favourite strictly dances.
Upbeat ‘dance fitness’ class devised by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe

FitSteps dances help improve muscular strength, balance, posture and core strength. Classes are great for improving stamina and toning the body.  

Fitsteps is a fitness class that brings results through dance. 

Dance can improve your sense of wellbeing, by reducing stress and anxiety, 

When you dance, you are releasing endorphins and other positive hormones into your system. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels. Improve mood: Dancing can be a great way to boost your mood. It is a fun and social activity that can make you feel happier and more positive.

Tuesday     7pm – 7.45pm  Weekly
